Guild of the Christ Child:
teaches or assists at children's Sunday School or in the nursery on Sunday
mornings.
Guild of St. Cyril of Jerusalem:
teaches newcomers' classes, courses for people preparing for sacraments, and
other classes for adults.
The Angelus:
writes, copies, and mails the parish's monthly newsletter.
Web site:
writes, designs, and posts materials for the parish's Web site.
The Guild of St. Luke the
Physician: seeks to uphold the
healing ministry of the church through a 7:00 pm Tuesday evening healing Mass
and the sacrament of healing at second Sunday Masses. Visitation of the sick
with laying on of hands and anointing is also part of this ministry.
Guild of All Souls: fosters prayer
for the departed and devotion to the saints.
Society of Mary:
fosters devotion to Our Lady, and knowledge of her special role in our redemption.
Coffee Hours:
Every household in the parish is asked to host a Sunday coffee hour.
Helping Ministries:
visits parishioners who are in the hospital or confined at home, provides
transportation to church and to doctors' appointments, and the like.
Henry VIII Dinner Guild:
sets up for, prepares and serves dinner for the parish once each month and
on special occasions, and clears afterwards.
Guild of St. Vincent de Paul: undertakes
projects to assist persons in need outside the parish and organizes opportunities
for the parish to do so.
St. Fiacre's Garden Guild:
designs, plants, and cares for the gardens and grounds.
Guild of St. Joseph the Carpenter:
performs light electrical, plumbing, carpentry and painting work to maintain
the church's buildings.
St. Anne's Altar Guild:
prepares the vestments, sacred vessels and other requisites for worship, and
clears them afterwards.
St. Bernadette's Flower Guild:
arranges the flowers which grace the sanctuary each Sunday.
St. Gregory's Choir:
leads the congregation's singing and performs anthems at High Mass.
Lectors:
read the Old Testament lesson at High Mass.
